UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT EXPECT REFUNDS OR SWAPS ON HAIR ACCESSORIES DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. 

Unless bow is faulty then you MUST get in contact with us within A DAY OR SO of receiving your order so we can correct this for you otherwise we have the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Clothing orders are EXCHANGE ONLY. 

Orders must be posted back within 14 days in the same condition you received them in with the tags, if not then we have the right to refuse an exchange or even money back. Returns can take up to 14 working days to be swapped and sent back, if the size your exchanging for isn’t currently in stock this may take slightly longer.
